Discreet Packaging

Every order from GoldenClimax ships in plain, unmarked packaging. There are no product names, logos, descriptions, or any indication of the contents on the exterior of the package. The return address displays a generic business name for your complete privacy.

Your bank or credit card statement will show a discreet charge description that does not reference GoldenClimax or the nature of the products purchased.

Minimum Order Requirement

To guarantee reliable Canada Post Expedited parcel delivery with door-to-door tracking across all provinces, GoldenClimax maintains a $50 CAD minimum merchandise subtotal (before shipping and taxes). Customers are welcome to mix and match single honey sachets and pill packs to meet the threshold.

Free Shipping

Orders totalling $149 CAD or more (after promos) qualify for free standard shipping anywhere in Canada. Under $149, shipping is a flat $20 CAD via Canada Post Expedited. Free shipping applies automatically at checkout — no promo code required. Standard shipping via Canada Post Expedited is the only shipping option we offer, and all packages include door-to-door tracking.

Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed. Paid orders received before 2:00 PM EST on a business day usually ship the same business day, but this is not guaranteed. Orders are not processed on weekends or holidays.

You will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has been shipped. You can also track your order status through your account dashboard.

Delivery Issues

If an item arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, or is missing from your order, contact us at [email protected] within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos, and we will send a replacement. If your package is lost or significantly delayed, contact us within 14 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier to locate your package or arrange a replacement shipment at no additional cost.

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete when placing your order. GoldenClimax is not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

PO Boxes and Flex Delivery

We can ship to PO Boxes and Canada Post Flex Delivery addresses. Simply enter your PO Box or Flex Delivery address at checkout. Standard shipping rates and timeframes apply.
